The Qlima monoblock, model WDH229, consists of a single, hermetically sealed unit that can be placed directly in the room. You can easily mount this unit against an outside wall, with two holes drilled for the air supply and exhaust. This makes installing the monoblock a simple job that you can do yourself, without the help of a professional installer.
Applications
The Qlima monoblock is energy efficient and offers both cooling and additional heating. It is perfectly suited for smaller rooms, such as bedrooms or work rooms. Simply set the desired room temperature and the device will quickly cool the room in the summer and provide effective additional heating in the intermediate season. This results in lower energy costs. Please note that the heating capacity of the device decreases as the outside temperature drops. The heating function cannot be used at low outside temperatures and high humidity. It is therefore recommended not to use the monoblock as the main heating in a room. In addition to cooling and heating, the device can also extract moisture from the air or ventilate the air.
Thanks to the two separate air flows, the outside air is sucked in and extracted, allowing windows and doors to remain closed and the efficiency to be optimal. The monoblock is an ideal solution for rooms where a mobile air conditioner or split-unit air conditioner is not a suitable option. You can easily install the unit yourself, without the help of a professional installer. In addition, you do not have to take into account an exhaust hose that must leave windows or doors open. Furthermore, you do not have to take into account regulations regarding the installation of an outdoor unit.
